• Procurement of goods and services and disbursement procedures
• financial management and accounting
• monitoring and evaluation
• translation (Georgian- English)
(ii) International and National Experts, experienced in the field of:
• Trainings and capacity building (for the national and regional
administration and other stakeholders)
• Socio-economic development, income generation and eco-tourism Participatory approaches and awareness raising
• Biodiversity and nature conservation, protected area management
• Financial sustainability (financial and business planning, protected area finance)

Project Description The “Support Programme for Protected Areas in the Caucasus – Georgia” is part of the Caucasus Initiative, launched by the German Ministry of Cooperation and Development (BMZ). It supports the Georgian share of the Eco-regional Nature Conservation Programme for the Southern Caucasus (ENCP) which aim is the preservation of the outstanding biodiversity and natural ecosystems and at the same time improving the socio-economic situation of the adjacent communities.
